A Stradivari model violin in near perfect condition made by the firm of made for William Moennig & Son by Paul Hilaire in Mirecourt in 1976 . The two-piece maple back is of medium to broad curl descending from the center joint. The two-piece spruce table is of fine grain. The varnish is an golden orange color. Measurements: Length of Back: 356 mm, Upper Bouts: 165 mm, Middle Bouts: 110 mm, Lower Bouts: 205 mm.
