Our ID#: 25329 Categories Antique Mandolins, Mandolins
This roundback rosewood body has 38 staves & a rosewood clasp bound in ivoroid. The top and soundhole have pearl trim, and the birdseye-figured maple neck has an engraved silver-plated gear-plate. It also has pearl buttons, an abalone fingerboard with engraved designs and an engraved silver-plated tailpiece cover. This is a highly attractive mandolin but it is in need of some restoration; specifically, it would require a neck reset & pulling-up of the table under the fingerboard. Otherwise, it is in very nice condition.
