Farini & Figlios, Roundback, Mandolin, c.1900, Naples
This roundback mandolin has the lighteness and slender neck typical of Neapolitan instruments. The body is of 20 rosewood staves. It is, sadly, in poor condition with two long top cracks, some pearl inlays missing from the rosette, and damage to the clasp are and bass side edge. The bridge and tailpiece are missing. No case.
