A rare B&D five-string plectrum banjo. The two-piece figured maple neck with a carved heel and peghead inlaid with “B&D/ Silver Bell? and fancy scrolling pearl designs, with five Waverly tuners with thick pearl buttons(similar to Grover 2-line models). The 11” rim has silver-plated hardware, solid Silver-Bell tone ring, armrest and Oettinger tailpiece. The resonator with figured maple veneers (some scars on the edges of the resonator). This banjo is in original & excellent condition, with its clean original hard case.
